Terms of Service

By accessing or using Miramarket — including our website, strategy builder, CLI, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. By using Miramarket, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You must also be eligible to use any third-party prediction market platforms or services you access through or in connection with Miramarket, and must comply with their eligibility requirements independently.

You are not permitted to use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law or the rules of any source platform we interact with.

Miramarket provides tools for discovering, analyzing, and constructing strategies across prediction market platforms, including conditional execution logic, portfolio views, market aggregation, and automation workflows.

The Service is currently in early access. Features, functionality, pricing, availability, and platform integrations may change at any time without notice.

Miramarket is a strategy and workflow tool, not a prediction market platform, exchange, broker, or financial intermediary. We do not hold user funds, execute trades on your behalf without your direction, or custody assets.

Nothing in the Service or these Terms constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or trading advice. Information, tools, templates, and AI-assisted outputs provided through Miramarket are for informational and strategy-building purposes only.

Prediction markets involve risk. Past strategy performance, simulated results, or AI-generated strategy suggestions are not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating whether any strategy is appropriate for your situation before using it.

Miramarket does not recommend any specific market, outcome, position, or strategy.

Miramarket may route, link to, or interact with third-party prediction market platforms (“source platforms”). Those platforms operate under their own terms, licenses, and legal requirements, which may include geographic restrictions.

Miramarket follows applicable source-platform rules, including geoblocking and access-restriction requirements. As a result:

• Certain features, markets, or platform links may be unavailable based on your location.
• We may use IP-based geolocation, browser signals, or source-platform responses to determine access.
• You are responsible for understanding and complying with laws and platform rules applicable to you.
• Circumventing geolocation restrictions or platform access controls through VPNs, proxies, or other means is prohibited.

Miramarket is not responsible for eligibility decisions, compliance processes, or restrictions imposed by source platforms.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to circumvent geolocation restrictions, platform rules, or access controls
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service or from source platforms in violation of their terms
• Use the Service to engage in fraud, market manipulation, or abusive trading practices
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to distribute malware or other harmful software
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service, except as permitted by law
• Use the Service in any way that violates the terms of any source platform

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately at hello@miramarket.org if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

Miramarket will never ask for your wallet seed phrase, private key, or full payment card number. Never share these with anyone claiming to represent Miramarket.

Miramarket may offer AI-assisted features for strategy creation, analysis, and modification. AI-generated outputs are provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for your specific goals and risk tolerance. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated strategy or suggestion.

Do not rely on AI features as your sole basis for any financial decision or market action.

The Service, including its design, code, content, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Miramarket and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of strategy content, notes, and data you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Miramarket a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

The Service may link to, integrate with, or display content from third-party prediction market platforms, wallet providers, data providers, and other services. These third-party services are not operated by Miramarket.

Miramarket is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

Links or integrations do not imply endorsement or partnership.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY.

Miramarket does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service or servers are free of harmful components, or that market data, strategy outputs, or AI-generated content are accurate, complete, or up to date.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties; in such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the extent permitted by law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIRAMARKET AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR MARKET EXPOSURE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MIRAMARKET'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO MIRAMARKET IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such jurisdictions the above limitations apply to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Miramarket and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party
• Your use of any source platform in connection with Miramarket
• Any strategy, execution, or market interaction you conduct

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including a violation of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If you have an account, you may contact us at hello@miramarket.org to request deletion.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you by email, in-product notice, or by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in a manner consistent with applicable law and jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
