Miramarket (“Miramarket,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides tools for discovering, analyzing, and building Polymarket strategies through our website, visual strategy builder, APIs, and related services. A command-line interface (“CLI”) is planned and coming soon but is not currently available.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use Miramarket.
By using Miramarket, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Section 01
Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The Miramarket website
- The Miramarket strategy builder
- Any future Miramarket CLI, if released (the CLI is coming soon and is not currently available)
- Any related APIs, dashboards, developer tools, or hosted services
- Communications with us, including support, feedback, or product inquiries
This Privacy Policy does not apply to Polymarket, wallets, data providers, or other third-party services that Miramarket may link to or integrate with. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

If you create an account or sign in, we may collect:

- Organization or team name, if applicable

- Subscription or billing status, if applicable
We do not intentionally collect passwords if authentication is handled through a third-party login provider.
2.2 Usage Information
When you use Miramarket, we may collect information about how you interact with the product, including:
- Pages viewed
- Features used
- Strategy builder actions
- Commands executed through a future CLI, if it is released and you choose to use it
- Search queries or market discovery queries
- Strategy templates created, edited, saved, or executed
- Error logs and diagnostic information

We use this information to operate, improve, debug, and secure Miramarket.
2.3 Strategy and Market Interaction Data
Miramarket may process information related to strategies you create or test, including:
- Strategy logic
- Conditional rules
- Market selections
- Trigger conditions
- Execution preferences
- Simulated or historical strategy performance
- Saved workflows or automations
- User-generated notes or labels
Depending on your settings and the features you use, some strategy data may be stored to provide persistence, collaboration, debugging, or execution functionality.
2.4 Future CLI Data
The Miramarket CLI is coming soon and is not currently available. If we release a CLI in the future and you choose to use it, we may collect:
- CLI version
- Installation environment metadata
- Operating system and runtime information
- Command usage telemetry
- API request metadata
- Error reports
- Authentication token metadata
- Strategy configuration files or command inputs, where required to provide the service
If a CLI is released, it will not be designed to collect unrelated files from your local device. Any CLI data transmission would be limited to data needed to perform a requested command, authenticate your session, debug errors, or provide enabled product functionality.
2.5 Device and Technical Information
We may automatically collect:
- IP address
- Browser type
- Device type
- Operating system
- Referring URLs
- Approximate location derived from IP address
- Log data
- Cookie identifiers
- API request metadata
- Network and performance information
2.6 Geolocation and Access Eligibility Information
Miramarket follows applicable Polymarket rules, restrictions, and geolocation requirements. To support compliance with those rules, including geoblocking or geolocking requirements, we may collect or process:
- IP address
- Approximate region or jurisdiction
- Device or browser location signals, if enabled
- VPN, proxy, or hosting-provider indicators
- Polymarket eligibility responses
- Access restriction decisions
We may use this information to determine whether certain Polymarket markets, features, execution flows, or links are available to you. Miramarket does not guarantee that all users may access all Polymarket markets. Availability depends on applicable laws, Polymarket rules, user location, and access restrictions.
2.7 Wallet and Transaction-Related Information
If Miramarket supports wallet connectivity or on-chain interactions, we may collect or process:
- Public wallet addresses
- Blockchain transaction hashes
- Network identifiers
- Transaction status
- Smart contract interaction metadata
- Publicly available blockchain data
We do not collect private keys or seed phrases. You should never share your private key or seed phrase with Miramarket or anyone claiming to represent Miramarket.

Information We Do Not Intend to Collect
Miramarket is not designed to collect:
- Private keys
- Seed phrases
- Full payment card numbers
- Government identification documents, unless explicitly required for a future compliance feature
- Sensitive personal information unrelated to providing the service
- Unrelated files from your local device through any future CLI, if released
If you accidentally provide sensitive information, contact us so we can evaluate deletion or remediation options.

- Enable the website, strategy builder, APIs, and any future CLI if released

- Route requested actions to Polymarket

Miramarket may provide AI-assisted features that help users create, analyze, test, or modify prediction market strategies. When you use AI features, we may process:

- Generated strategy logic

- Relevant market data or platform constraints
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your goals. You are responsible for reviewing any generated strategy before using it.
We may use AI-related interaction data to improve product quality, safety, reliability, and compliance, subject to applicable law and any available account settings.

Geolocation, Polymarket Rules, and Market Availability
Miramarket may display, route, or interact with Polymarket, the only prediction market venue currently supported by the Service. Polymarket may impose restrictions based on jurisdiction, user status, identity verification, legal eligibility, or other criteria. Miramarket follows applicable Polymarket rules for geolocking and access restrictions. This means:
- Certain Polymarket markets may be hidden, restricted, or unavailable based on your location.
- Miramarket may use IP-based location, browser signals, or Polymarket responses to determine access.
- We may prevent strategy execution, linking, routing, or display where required by Polymarket.
- You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and Polymarket terms.
- Circumventing geolocation restrictions, Polymarket rules, or access controls is prohibited.
Miramarket is not responsible for Polymarket's privacy practices, eligibility decisions, or compliance processes.

However, no system is completely secure. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials, API keys, and wallet credentials secure. If a CLI is released in the future and you use it, you will also be responsible for securing your local CLI environment. Miramarket will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.

If you receive marketing emails from us, you may opt out using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.

Strategies created through Miramarket, including AI-assisted strategies, may involve risk. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any strategy or interact with any market.
