Miramarket is a strategy and workflow tool for prediction markets. Prediction markets, automated execution logic, AI-assisted strategy creation, and third-party platform integrations involve substantial risk.

This Risk Disclosure should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. It is intended to help you understand important risks before using Miramarket, but it does not describe every possible risk or replace independent professional advice.

Important risk notice

Prediction market activity is speculative. You may lose some or all amounts committed to a market, strategy, wallet transaction, or source-platform interaction.

Miramarket does not recommend markets or strategies, does not guarantee execution or profitability, and does not control third-party source platforms, wallets, data providers, smart contracts, or market resolution processes.

Key acknowledgements

  • You can lose all amounts committed to prediction market activity.
  • Execution, liquidity, market data, platform access, and service availability are not guaranteed.
  • AI-assisted strategies require independent review before use.
  • Access may vary by jurisdiction, eligibility status, and source-platform rules.

Section 01

Purpose and Scope

This Risk Disclosure describes certain material risks associated with accessing or using Miramarket, including our website, strategy builder, command-line interface, APIs, market discovery tools, automation workflows, AI-assisted features, and related services (collectively, the Service).

This disclosure applies to all users who view market information, create strategies, connect accounts or wallets, interact with third-party prediction market platforms, or otherwise use the Service in connection with prediction markets, event contracts, digital assets, or automated execution logic.

This disclosure is not exhaustive. Additional risks, including risks not currently known to Miramarket or risks we currently deem immaterial, may also result in losses, restricted access, failed transactions, unfavorable outcomes, or other harm.

Section 02

User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for determining whether any prediction market, strategy, position, automation rule, wallet connection, or platform interaction is appropriate for you. You should evaluate your own objectives, financial circumstances, risk tolerance, legal eligibility, and technical understanding before using the Service.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that prediction market activity is speculative and that you may lose some or all amounts committed to any market, strategy, or related transaction. You should not commit funds that you cannot afford to lose.

You remain responsible for reviewing, approving, monitoring, modifying, pausing, or terminating any strategy or market activity you initiate through or in connection with the Service.

Section 03

Prediction Market and Event-Outcome Risk

Prediction markets and event-based contracts depend on uncertain future events, information availability, market interpretation, and resolution processes. Outcomes may be affected by breaking news, source-platform rules, oracle decisions, market disputes, delayed resolution, ambiguous event criteria, or changes in public information.

A market outcome may resolve differently from your expectation, even where your analysis appears reasonable. Market prices may reflect incomplete, stale, manipulated, or rapidly changing information and should not be treated as reliable forecasts or guarantees.

Miramarket does not control market creation, event resolution, dispute procedures, settlement rules, or payout mechanics of third-party prediction market platforms.

Section 04

Loss of Funds and Position Exposure

You may lose the entire amount allocated to a market, strategy, or position. Losses may arise from adverse price movement, event resolution, platform restrictions, fees, failed exits, insufficient liquidity, smart contract failures, wallet compromise, operational errors, or other causes.

Certain strategies may create concentrated exposure, correlated exposure across related markets, or exposure that changes over time based on conditional logic. Automated rules may increase, decrease, maintain, or fail to adjust exposure in ways you did not anticipate.

No risk control, stop condition, allocation limit, notification, simulation, or automation feature can eliminate the possibility of loss.

Section 05

Liquidity, Volatility, Slippage, and Failed Execution

Prediction markets may be illiquid. Order books may be thin, spreads may be wide, counterparties may be unavailable, and trading volume may disappear without notice. You may be unable to enter, modify, hedge, or exit a position when desired or at an expected price.

Orders may execute at prices materially different from displayed, estimated, simulated, or expected prices. Slippage may increase during volatility, low-liquidity periods, source-platform congestion, network delays, or rapid information changes.

Orders may fail, partially fill, expire, be rejected, or remain pending. Fill-or-kill, limit, market, conditional, or routed orders may not behave as expected across all platforms, venues, wallets, or infrastructure providers.

Section 06

Automation and Strategy Configuration Risk

Strategies created through the Service may include conditional triggers, market filters, execution rules, position limits, rebalancing logic, exits, and other automated or semi-automated actions. Incorrect configuration, misunderstood logic, stale assumptions, or user error may produce unintended market activity or losses.

Automated strategies may continue to operate during periods when you are unavailable, when market conditions have changed, or when the underlying rationale for the strategy no longer applies. You are responsible for actively monitoring any strategy you enable.

Simulations, previews, backtests, dry runs, or examples are illustrative only. They may rely on simplified assumptions and may not account for liquidity, fees, slippage, outages, market impact, source-platform restrictions, or future conditions.

Section 07

AI-Assisted Output Risk

The Service may include AI-assisted features that help summarize markets, generate strategy ideas, interpret user prompts, or suggest configuration logic. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, internally inconsistent, or unsuitable for your intended use.

AI-assisted outputs are not recommendations and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, legal, tax, trading, or market decision. You must independently review and validate any AI-assisted strategy, parameter, explanation, or market summary before acting on it.

Miramarket does not guarantee that AI-assisted tools will identify all relevant risks, detect flawed assumptions, prevent erroneous strategy logic, or produce results consistent with your objectives.

Section 08

Market Data and Third-Party Information Risk

The Service may display, process, transform, or rely on data obtained from third-party platforms, market data providers, blockchain networks, APIs, indexers, or other external sources. Such data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, misclassified, or inconsistent across sources.

Incorrect or delayed market data may cause a strategy to trigger, fail to trigger, display incorrect exposure, estimate incorrect returns, or present inaccurate information about prices, liquidity, fills, balances, positions, or market status.

Miramarket does not independently verify all third-party data and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of any market data or external information.

Section 09

Source-Platform, Wallet, RPC, and Infrastructure Risk

Miramarket may link to, route to, aggregate information from, or interact with third-party prediction market platforms and infrastructure providers, including source platforms, wallet providers, authentication providers, RPC providers, indexers, data services, and blockchain networks.

These third parties may experience outages, maintenance, rate limits, degraded performance, security incidents, interface changes, policy changes, access restrictions, data errors, or transaction failures. Any such issue may prevent you from accessing the Service, managing strategies, viewing balances, entering or exiting positions, or completing transactions.

Miramarket is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, solvency, rules, fees, or conduct of any third-party platform, wallet, protocol, infrastructure provider, or service.

Section 10

Smart Contract and Digital Asset Risk

Certain prediction market activity may involve digital assets, blockchain transactions, smart contracts, tokenized positions, decentralized exchange infrastructure, bridges, or other on-chain systems. These systems may contain bugs, design flaws, vulnerabilities, upgrade risks, governance risks, or economic exploits.

Transactions on blockchain networks may be irreversible once submitted or confirmed. You may suffer losses due to incorrect wallet addresses, unauthorized transactions, compromised credentials, malicious approvals, network congestion, high fees, reorgs, forks, failed confirmations, or smart contract failures.

You are responsible for securing your wallets, devices, credentials, private keys, recovery phrases, and connected accounts. Miramarket will never ask for your private key or recovery phrase.

Section 11

Jurisdiction, Eligibility, Geofencing, and Regulatory Risk

Access to prediction markets, event contracts, digital assets, and related services may be restricted or prohibited depending on your location, citizenship, residency, user status, identity verification, sanctions status, source-platform rules, or applicable law.

Miramarket and source platforms may apply geofencing, eligibility checks, platform restrictions, or compliance controls. These controls may change without notice and may prevent you from accessing markets, creating strategies, executing transactions, managing open positions, or using certain Service features.

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with laws, regulations, platform terms, tax obligations, reporting obligations, and eligibility requirements applicable to you. Circumventing geolocation restrictions, access controls, or platform rules is prohibited.

Section 12

No Advice, No Fiduciary Relationship, No Guarantee of Results

Miramarket provides software tools and information for strategy construction, market discovery, automation workflows, and analysis. Miramarket does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, trading, or other professional advice.

Nothing in the Service should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, hedge, trade, enter, exit, or avoid any market, outcome, contract, token, position, strategy, or platform. No communication from Miramarket creates a fiduciary, advisory, broker-client, investment adviser, agency, or similar relationship.

Past performance, historical prices, simulated results, examples, templates, strategy previews, or market probabilities are not indicative of future results. Miramarket does not guarantee profitability, execution, liquidity, market access, data accuracy, tax treatment, or regulatory treatment.

Section 13

Beta, Availability, and Service Interruption Risk

The Service may include early access, beta, experimental, or in-development features. Such features may be changed, suspended, limited, discontinued, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

The Service may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or inaccurate due to maintenance, defects, security incidents, high demand, provider failures, network conditions, regulatory changes, or other circumstances. Service interruptions may affect your ability to monitor strategies, receive notifications, or manage positions.

You should not rely on Miramarket as your only means of monitoring markets, managing risk, or accessing third-party platforms. You should maintain independent access to relevant accounts, wallets, platforms, and records where appropriate.

Section 14

User Acknowledgement

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, that you understand the risks described herein, and that you accept full responsibility for your use of the Service and any related market activity.

If you do not understand or are not willing to accept these risks, you should not use the Service or engage in prediction market activity through or in connection with Miramarket.
